FLIP FLOP star Christina Haack and Ant Anstead were only married for two years before getting divorced.
Despite the separation, the two remain co-parents and have since moved on to new relationships.
Why did Christina Haack and Ant Anstead get divorced?
In September 2020, Christina Haack, 38 years old, and Ant Anstead, 42, filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences."
At this time, it is not clear what ultimately led to their separation. However, a source told People that Haack and Anstead had been struggling with their relationship for a year, since the birth of their son Hudson.
"After the baby, they started having conflicts," the source said at that time.
Haack made the formal announcement about her divorce on Instagram and wrote: "Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate.
"We are grateful for each other and, as always, our children will remain our priority."
Adding: "We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future."
The divorce was really difficult for Anstead, who spoke with People about his separation and said: "It really hit me hard.

"The impact on me, my sleep, my diet, my stress, was noticeable.
"But I reached this turning point where I was either going to dwell in the darkness or I was just going to slap myself a couple of times and say: 'Wake up; you're incredibly blessed.'
Adding: "Focus on all the great things."
Was Christina Haack married before?
Before marrying Anstead, Haack was married to real estate entrepreneur Tarek El Moussa.
The couple have their own HGTV show titled Flip or Flop and together own a real estate agency.
They got divorced in 2018 after nine years of marriage.
Haack and El Moussa had two children together, Taylor and Brayden El Moussa.
Despite their separation, they continued filming Flip or Flop together and shared parenting of their children.
On October 24, 2021, El Moussa remarried Heather Rae Young in a lavish wedding with flower arches and champagne walls.
On March 10, 2022, PEOPLE reported that HGTV's Flip or Flop show will end on March 17.

El Moussa shared a message on his Instagram about the end of the show.

Have Christina and Ant moved on?
Since their 2020 divorce, both Haack and Anstead have entered new relationships.
In September 2021, Haack even announced her engagement to her boyfriend Joshua Hall.
Haack shared the news of her engagement on Instagram on September 20, with three photos of the couple as she showed off a large diamond on her left hand.
In the caption, she included emojis: a heart, a lock, a key, and a diamond ring.
The engagement happened while the couple was in Mexico to celebrate her birthday.
Anstead also moved on and started a relationship with American actress and singer Renée Zellweger.
The couple met while filming their show Celebrity IOU: Joyride and unexpectedly fell in love.
"Sometimes, things come to you at the right time and, in fact, the right time is usually the most unexpected," he previously told ET. "There's absolutely no way it was something I expected, but there's something magical about that, right?"
Before her relationship with Anstead, she was married to Kenny Chesney in 2005.

Haack and Anstead share a son, Hudson London Anstead, born in 2019.
Amid her divorce from Anstead, Haack reflected in a long Instagram post about having children with different baby daddies and wrote: "I never thought I'd have a divorce, let alone two.
"I never thought I'd have 2 baby daddies, but sometimes life throws us curveballs," and added that "instead of getting stuck in these 'setbacks,' I choose to see these challenges as opportunities to grow."

Through Haack and Anstead's separation, the father of three said that his son Hudson helped him deal with the pain of his divorce.
